Location, location, location! Awaken each morning to the sunrise over Mt. Haleakala from the privacy of your lanai. This third story unit, overlooking the pool, provides additional windows for the ocean breeze, light, and a fully equipped kitchen for family use. Our condo is conveniently located in the heart of Kihei, Maui. We are within walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee bistros, and most importantly, Kamole II.

This beautiful beach is just a few feet from your condo where you can snorkel, beach comb, boogie board, paddle board, relax, or our family favorite–swim with the turtles!  We want our home to be yours during your stay in paradise!

RENTAL POLICIES:
  • Rates are based on a 5 night consecutive reservation
  • Minimum stay 5 nights
  • Max 4 guests Extra $10/night for each guest over 2
  • $150 Cleaning fee per reservation
  • All monies payable in US dollars
  • $300 deposit required within 7 days to confirm and secure the reservation
  • $600 deposit required within 7 days to confirm a reservation of 28+ days
  • Total balance due 45 days prior to arrival
  • A $250 fully refundable security / damage deposit
  • Payments by Check, Money Order, or Credit cards processed through Pay Pal for additional fee…( see button link below )
  • Pay Pal Fees – 3.2% US, 4.2% internationals
  • Check-in time is 3 p.m. or later.
  • Check-out time is by 11 a.m.
CANCELLATION:
  • $100 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.
  • All payments nonrefundable less than 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation on or after arrival – all funds forfeited.
  • Guest are STRONGLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against loss in case of the need to cancel / revise travel plans
