LET’S DO SUNSET!  We nicknamed our condo ‘Edena Nani’, which in Hawaiian means ‘Beautiful Eden’. That is how we feel about our home away from home on the beautiful island of Maui. Lovely maintained landscape, abundance of birdsong and the warm Spirit of Aloha is what you will experience here.

  • Rates are based on a 7 night (weekly) reservation
  • Double Occupancy, additional guests $10 each per night
  • Minimum stay 5 nights –
  • All monies payable in US dollars
  • $200 deposit is required within 7 – 10 days for securing reservation.
  • ($600 for 28+ days reservation)
  • Balance due 45 days prior to arrival (60 days high season)
  • No cleaning fee charged  for 13 or more nights reservation.
  • $95 for less than 13 nights stay and slightly higher nightly rate
  • A $250 fully refundable security / damage deposit
  • Payments accepted by: Checks, Money Order or Credit Cards
  • Credit Cards accepted thru PayPal at 3.2% additional cost US and 4.2% for other countries.
  • Check-in time is 3 p.m. or later.
  • Check-out time is by 11 a.m.
  • $100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival. (60 days high season)
  • All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival. (60 days high season)
  • Cancellation on or after arrival – all funds forfeited.
