RENTAL POLICIES:- Minimum stay 3 nights during low season (April 15-Dec 14).
- Minimum stay 7 nights during high season (Dec 15-Apr 14).
- All monies payable in US dollars.
- $500 deposit is required to confirm and secure reservation.
- Please Note: Your reservation is NOT secure until we receive your deposit.
- Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Refundable Security/Damage Deposit – $300 is due with final payment.
- Payments accepted by: Visa or MasterCard.
- Check-in time is 4 p.m. or later.
- Check-out time is by 10 a.m.
CANCELLATION: Guest are STRONGLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against loss in case of the need to cancel / revise travel plans. - $150 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 60 days prior to arrival.
- All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of scheduled arrival.
- Cancellation on or after arrival or early departure does not warrant any refund – all funds forfeited.
