Across the road from the resort is beautiful Kamaole Beach II, one of the finest in all Hawaii. Excellent for swimming, snorkeling, wind surfing sailing, fishing or basking in sun on the white sand beach. Whale-watching is also a special delight in the winter months,

- Cleaning fee of $165 per reservation

- Minimum stay 3 nights during low season (April 15-Dec 14).
- Minimum stay 7 nights during high season (Dec 15-Apr 14).
- All monies payable in US dollars.
- $500 deposit is required to confirm and secure reservation.
- Please Note: Your reservation is NOT secure until we receive your deposit.
- Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Refundable Security/Damage Deposit – $300 is due with final payment.
- Payments accepted by: Visa or MasterCard.
- Check-in time is 4 p.m. or later.
- Check-out time is by 10 a.m.
Guest are STRONGLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against loss in case of the need to cancel / revise travel plans.
- $150 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 60 days prior to arrival.
- All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of scheduled arrival.
- Cancellation on or after arrival or early departure does not warrant any refund – all funds forfeited.
