- All rates are quoted in US dollars, and do not include Hawaii Tax of 17.962% —
Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) of 10.25%, Maui County Transient Accommodation Tax (MCTAT) of 3%, and the new General Excise Tax of 4.712% (Effective: 01-01-2024). - Discounts of 5% to 15% for longer stays and our returning guest.

RENTAL POLICIES:
- Rates are based on a 7 night (weekly) reservation
- Double Occupancy, additional guests $10 each per night
- Minimum stay 5 nights –
- Cleaning fee $150 for all reservations
- All monies payable in US dollars
- $300 deposit is required within 7 – 10 days for securing reservation.
- ($600 for 28+ days reservation)
- Balance due 45 days prior to arrival (60 days high season)
- A $250 fully refundable security / damage deposit
- Payments accepted by: Checks or Money Order
- Credit Cards accepted – 5% additional cost to cover fees charged
- Check-in time is 3 p.m. or later.
- Check-out time is by 11 a.m.
CANCELLATION:
- $100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival. (60 days high season)
- All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival. (60 days high season)
- Cancellation on or after arrival – all funds forfeited.
- Guest are STRONGLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against loss in case of the need to cancel / revise travel plans
