We provide affordable accommodations at this recently updated one bedroom condo at Kihei Kai Nani across from Kamaole II Beach in South Maui. Swim or relax in the beautiful shallow sandy Kamaole II beach which is 250 paces from our condo.  Or alternatively, you can take long walks along the water across several beaches, all the way down to Wailea.  At Kihei Kai Nani, you can swim or relax on the deck of the large freshwater pool.

In the condo, you can grill your dinner at the nearby gas barbecue and dine on the  lanai which opens to a wonderful peaceful garden area or on the condo dining table.  The condo has a brand new kitchen with granite counters and is fully stocked for cooking and dining.  The condo will accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably on the queen size bed and queen sized sofa bed.  We provide a variety of snorkeling equipment, movies, books, cards, games and two flat screen TVs for entertainment and don’t forget the nightly spectacular sunsets at Kamaole II beach.  Centrally located among several shops and restaurants, 2 miles from upscale / beautiful Wailea.

  • Kihei Kai Nani Condo 125 is a first floor garden unit in Building 5 of the Kihei Kai Nani vacation resort.  We also own unit 252 in Building 7.
  • Across the street from Kamaole II Beach (approx. 250 paces), ranked as one of the top 10 best beaches on Maui.
  • The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and appliances to enable preparation of meals.
  • The condo is air conditioned, has two TVs, VCR, DVD, free internet, cable TV service
  • Sleeping accommodations include a Queen size bed and a Queen size sofa bed.
  • The condo is stocked with books, snorkel gear and beach chairs.
  • Sheets and towels (bath and beach) and initial toilet supplies are provided.

RENTAL POLICIES:
  • Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival, except for reservations between December 1st and January 1st in which case, payment is due by October 15th.  Payments made are forfeited if cancellation notice is given within 45 days of arrival.
  • Payments accepted in Checks, Money orders and Credit Cards, as detailed below:
  • Checks or Money orders in US funds only, made out to: Maui Kihei Condo Rentals LLC.  Contact owners for mailing address.
    • Credit Cards accepted with 4% surcharge.  Contact owner directly to arrange.
    • Credit Card information required in lieu of a security deposit.
