RENTAL POLICIES:- Double Occupancy, additional guests $15 each per night
- Minimum stay 3 nights
- Cleaning fee $145

- Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
- A $300 fully refundable security / damage deposit is required within 7 days of reservation
- Payments accepted by: checks, money order or credit card via PayPal
- Payments through PayPal at 3.5% additional cost US and 4.5% for other countries
- Check-in time is 3 p.m. or later.
- Check-out time is by 11 a.m.
CANCELLATION:- $200 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 60 days prior to arrival.
- All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of scheduled arrival.
- Cancellation on or after arrival – all funds forfeited.
- Guest are STRONGLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against loss in case of the need to cancel / revise travel plans
