RENTAL POLICIES:- Minimum stay 5 nights
- Maximum occupancy is 2 guests
- $300 deposit is required within 7 days for confirming and securing reservation ($600 for for 28+ days reservation)

- Balance due 45 days prior to arrival
- (60 days in high season Dec 15 to April 14)
- A $300 fully refundable security / damage deposit
- All monies payable in US dollars
- Payment Method: Check or Money Order
- (Guests from outside the US, payment must be a Money Order in US dollars obtained from your local bank
- Check-in time is 3 p.m. or later.
- Check-out time is by 11 a.m.
CANCELLATION:- $100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival. (60 days high season).
- All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival. (60 days high season).
- Cancellation on or after arrival – all funds forfeited.
- Guest are STRONGLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against loss in case of the need to cancel / revise travel plans
